Jon was born in Manatee County and is a second-generation Floridian. From an early age, he learned the value of hard work while involved in his father’s business. While attending the University of Florida (UF), Jon continued to demonstrate his strong work ethic, paying his way through school. After graduating in 2001, he was promoted to a management position with Publix Supermarkets.

After several years in management, Jon decided to leverage his degree in Business/Finance by transitioning into the real estate industry. In 2003, Jon obtained his real estate license and began brokering residential and large acreage tracts in Manatee County. He then joined the commercial brokerage and appraisal firm Lee Pallardy, Inc. in 2004, where he earned his general certified appraiser license and performed a variety of commercial appraisal assignments. He specialized primarily in residential subdivisions, large acreage tracts, and income-producing properties. Jon is the broker of record for IREA and has become a multi-million dollar producer, having brokered and sold over 500 properties across Florida.

From 2008 to the present, Jon has expanded his expertise in real estate to include the distressed asset market, focusing on the acquisition of tax liens, tax deeds, mortgage notes, foreclosures, and investment properties. He managed five private equity funds, acquiring over $150 million in distressed assets and foreclosing on an additional $100 million throughout Florida. Of the five private equity firms, only one remains active, with the closed funds having averaged returns of 10% to investors.

Jon’s commitment to hard work has returned substantial profits to his investors. His more than 20 years of experience as an appraiser, real estate broker, and mortgage broker set him apart in the industry. He believes in the importance of finishing what one starts and is committed to excellence. Jon continues to seek new opportunities and embrace change. He is deeply grateful for the mentors and teachers who have supported him over the years. Jon is happily married to his wife, Arlen, and in 2016, they welcomed twins, Jax and Gia. Jon loves spending time with his family in Parrish, Florida, serving at Bayside Community Church, and is passionate about fitness.
